- After placing order email your invoice number with the date and time of pick up at PatesPlus@outlook.com.
- All times mentioned are in eastern standard time. - All orders can only be picked up during store hours : Tuesday - Saturday : 8am - 7pm, Sunday : 8am - 3pm, Monday : Closed
- Orders must be picked up on the date specified in the email, not doing so you loose your order and there will be no refund. - All orders made in the hors d'oeuvres, baked goods, and cakes categories must be placed 48 hours in advance.
-Cancellations - Cancellation of any order must be done 24 hours prior to date of pick up, email us at PatesPlus@outlook.com with your invoice number.
- There would be a $5 Cancellation Fee.
- Shippable Products - ALL SHIPMENTS TO CENTRAL, MIDWEST, NORTHWEST, SOUTH, SOUTHEAST, SOUTHWEST, AND WEST COAST OF THE UNITED STATES THE EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTION IS REQUIRED. THE GROUND SHIPPING OPTION IS FOR NEW YORK ONLY.
- All shippable products placed prior to 4pm eastern standard time will be processed the same day.
- You must allow 2 business days to recieve your shippable products.
- Products will not be shipped on Non-Business days so be Sure to factor that in the timing of when you want to receive your order.
- Any shippable products placed after 4 pm eastern standard time will be processed the next business day. - Products that are not within the Shippable Products category cannot be shipped.
